Question 1

What sizes do your prints come in?

Accepted Answer

Depending on the design, our prints come in A4 (21 × 29.7 cm), A3 (29.7 × 42 cm), 30 × 40 cm, 50 × 70 cm and 70 × 100 cm. These are standard European sizes, so finding a frame is easy, and every product page lists the exact dimensions.

Question 2

Do your prints come framed?

Accepted Answer

Our prints are sold unframed, so you can pick the frame that suits your space. You'll find our oak frame for 50 × 70 cm prints and our 7-piece gallery wall frame set in the Frames & canvas section. Our canvases arrive stretched over a wooden frame, ready to hang.

Question 3

How does personalisation work for star maps and city maps?

Accepted Answer

When you order, you enter the date, time and place (or the city and address) along with your text. We then email you a preview, and printing only starts once you've approved it, so you can check every detail first.

Question 4

How long does delivery take, and how are prints packed?

Accepted Answer

Delivery time depends on your country: the latest delivery date is shown in your cart before payment and in the confirmation email, and you receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Shipping is free on orders from €49. Prints travel in rigid packaging so they arrive without creases.

Question 5

Can I return a print if it doesn't look right on my wall?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You have 14 days after delivery to withdraw, using the “Withdraw from the contract here” link at the bottom of every page. You can examine the print as you would in a shop; only a loss in value caused by excessive handling can be deducted. Personalised maps, printed to your specifications, are excluded from the right of withdrawal. Our customer support team answers by email. Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay payments are processed securely by Stripe.
